Switch Off Fortnight Winners

Well done to 2B and 2C for not receiving any carbon footprints during switch off fortnight. We all made a massive improvement with energy saving and switching un used items off. Remember to keep it up!

Keep your class free from paw prints by switching the lights off and computers if they are not being used. Remember we will be checking!

Which class is going to be the best at saving energy?

Upcycling Competition March 2017

Upcycling is the process of converting old or discarded materials into something useful and often beautiful. It is great for the environment because it prevents something from being thrown away by giving it a new purpose.

On Wednesday 8th March, the Eco Team will judge entries to a competition to make something useful or decorative from something else that is no longer needed. They will be looking for creative, interesting or original work, done by children.

There will be prizes for Early Years, KS1, lower KS2 and upper KS2. Entries must be brought into school by 9:00am Wednesday 8th March, labelled with name and class.
